Thank you for choosing Tint Monkeys for your mobile window tinting needs!
To keep our scheduling smooth and fair for all customers, please review the following terms before booking your appointment.
1. Mobile Service Expectations
Our team travels directly to your location for installation. Please ensure:
Your vehicle is parked in a clean, shaded, and accessible area.
The area is safe and free from obstructions.
You (or someone authorized) are present at the appointment time to confirm film options and approve the job.
2. Deposits & Scheduling
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total upon completion.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or reschedules may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By booking with us, you confirm that:
You are the vehicle’s owner or have permission to authorize service.
Any existing tint, damage, or issues have been disclosed before installation.
You’ll inspect and approve the work once the service is complete.
4. Service Limitations
While we stand behind every job, certain pre-existing vehicle conditions (old film, contamination, damaged seals, etc.) can affect final results. There are also some vehicles that are not eligible for mobile service, such as Tesla's and classic vehicles, as they require a shop environment for a clean and efficient install. If an appointment is booked for these vehicles, we will refund your deposit and refer you to our sister shop in South Daytona. If we discover anything else that may impact quality, we’ll let you know before proceeding.
5. Warranty Coverage
All Tint Monkeys installations include a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty and our No-Fault Installation Guarantee, covering film defects, bubbling, peeling, and workmanship under normal use.

6. No-Show Policy
Because we allocate dedicated travel and appointment time for each client, failure to be present at your scheduled time may result in a forfeited deposit and restriction from future bookings.
