At Tint Monkeys, we take pride in providing premium mobile window tinting services and reserving specific appointment times exclusively for our customers. Because our team travels directly to your location, it’s important that you are present and prepared for your scheduled appointment.
If you are not present at the agreed-upon location at your scheduled time, and our team is unable to reach you after a reasonable period, this will be considered a No-Show.
In the event of a No-Show:
Your deposit will be forfeited to cover travel time, scheduling costs, and loss of appointment availability.
You may be blacklisted from future appointments with Tint Monkeys to ensure fairness to other customers and our team.
We understand that life happens, and exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances (such as emergencies or unavoidable events) if communicated promptly and verified.
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.
